•Capacity and Equipment Introduction
Among the factory's comprehensive facilities are 3 vacuum freeze-drying tanks, 11
compressors, and 2 screening lines, which are effective to provide sufficient and stable capacities. In addition, complete sewage treatment facilities are in place to ensure environmental protection.

The processing area of the factory is divided into three mutually isolated zones: Hygienic Zone for cooked food, Pre-Hygienic Zone for meat products, and Pre-Hygienic Zone for seafood and vegetable, each with its own independent entry and exit.

For all operators entering the Hygienic Zone, they must change their clothing first, wash their hands, and then go through the air shower and the one-way entry door. When they leave the Hygienic Zone, they can only go through the one-way exit door, to prevent potential cross-contaminations.

At the screening lines where powder dust suctions are used, the air pressure balance systems are in place to equalize the air pressure between the operation area and outside atmosphere, which prevents polluted air from entering.

The design of the factorys production lines and processes is optimized to completely avoid any factor of potential cross-contaminations, with every aspect closely monitored from the raw material acquisition all the way to the finished product delivery.
