本廠所生產之乾燥產品其外觀、大小及顏色等皆與剛煮熟時無異且能保留產品
本身的營養成份。
以熱水浸泡
後,即可食用。
因為生產屬性的關係,本廠的生產技術目前亦被運用於乾燥:牛樟芝、靈芝、
藍
藻、納豆、
香椿、鱉血,
魚軟骨粉等生技產品。
- Product Introduction
Kuo Sheng's product lines include vacuum freeze-dried pork, beef, duck, chicken,
shrimp, scallop, squid, crabmeat
stick, corn, miso soup powder, medlar, kimchi, bok
choy, spinach, green pea, tofu, shredded ginger,
and soup cube.
Similar to freshly cooked food in looks, sizes and colors, Kuo Sheng's dried products
also retain
the ingredients' nutrition. They are ready to serve when mixed with hot water.
The same
technology can also be used for other
dehydration applications of such
biotech products as antrodia camphorata, ganoderma, spirulina,
natto, Chinese
mahogany, soft-shell turtle blood, and shark cartilage powder.
